And it is the First industry which adopts the advanced equipment to product a serials of the double velvet side and high consistency asbestos tile. It provides every kind of general asbestos tile, fortified tile and a variety of color asbestos tile. The products of it all come up to or over to the standard of national GB/T9772-1996. The products are checked up by the Liu Zhou technical supervisor bureau and are determined to come up the national standard, and they are welcome by the market.
Our industry has over ten year experiences to product the asbestos tile, and with the abundant technical force, the flawless detection measure and the scientific management. Now we have 6 asbestos tile production lines, 150 workers, 8 managers and 6 technical professionals. We produce over 6 million pieces asbestos tile per year. We gained the 4th grade of Guang Xi enterprise modern management productions. We joined in the national cement productions academy training. In 1996, we invented the high efficiency asbestos slacken machine, and in 2005, we fetched some production patents such as high efficiency vibrate grind machine, which cuts down 40% electric quantity. With the serials technical reconstruct and technical in draughts, we can keep the production quality and at the same time cut down the production cost.
